This guy has cheated people in B'lore, introducing himself to be an UCEian and faked a story that he has lost his purse and is in bad need of money to travel back. Thus asking people to make fund transfer to his account & promised to repay that after reaching B'lore. He tried similar tricks with many Pune/Mumbai UCEians, but luckily it didn't click with any of them.

The victim has already lodged an FIR with the Cyber-Crime Branch of B'lore. If you come to know, any further information about this guy, do let the UCEians know, at the earliest. He must have cheated many others & must be planning for others, not just UCEians.

Message about Transcript, from Manas

Actually, I was informed that one need to present all semester's mark sheet and provisional certificate while obtaining a transcript. So i guess one has to go there unless he can hand over these required document to someone! Also in addition to this don't forget to obtain a certificate that GRADING system is not there in our college (mark system is there). Don't forget to take the signature of authority (registrar) at the all openable portions of the envelope that contain the transcript (it's must).
