Procedure to collect your degree certificates

University College of Engineering, Burla

The Degree Certificate of all BE/ ME/ MCA students (batch up to 2004) are available in the college. All the students who have not taken their degree certificate can take it by speed post. They have to apply in plain paper mentioning their name with complete postal address, Roll No., Branch, Registration No., Division obtained and year of passing and their own full signature. A copy of provisional certificate is also required.

The fees of the certificate are mentioned below including the postal charges :

The pass out batch 1996 to 1998 - Rs.550/-
The pass out batch 1999 to 2000 - Rs.300/-
The pass out batch 2001 to 2004 - Rs.250/-
