Hi All,

 In all, it was a nice way to relive the experiences across the Batches breaking the barriers of Age. But one thing I wish to point is the absence of any response from Girls.

May be I suspect the communication gap. Hence forth, ample care shall be taken to pass on the information regarding the meet quite in advance.

There were very less formal talks in the meet. The upcoming meet is expected to be on the last weekend of next month May. An Official confirmation regarding the same shall be sent across to all well in advance of 15 days. The other issues that need to be discussed then would be:

1. Election of the Board.
2. Frequency of the meet.
3. Mobilization of the funds for yet other meets.
4. Other activities for the betterment of the Individuals.
5. Making note of the various complains and issues faced by then UCEians and an approach to over come those.
6. Above all contribution of Funds for the GJ project.

There could be several other issues to be discussed which could be sited out and discussed in the due course of the meets.

Before the next meet, I would like to have some suggestions to pull in more crowd.

Once again before concluding, I would like to thank each and every one on eithers' behalf for making the first meet a grand SUCCESS.
