The Bangalore Alumni meeting at IISc Campus on 30th April 2005(Saturday)witnessed the following active enthusiastic alumni members with more than 2hrs effective discussion session along with a Snacks party.

During the meeting , the following points have been discussed regarding the College, Golden Jubilee Celebration and activities of Bangalore Alumni Chapter.

(1)In the near future, another meeting will be conducted to finalize the Date and Venue of the Mega Alumni Get-togather of Bangalore UCEans.

(2)Principal and Dean will be invited from the college to attend the function, so that alumni can directly interact with college authority to discuss the various aspects of the college and share their suggestions and views.

(3)Whenever any alumni is visiting the college for certificate and other purposes, they can stay in our alumni guest house, where two-Double seated Suites are available for the purpose.
Also they can interact with students in College or Hostel premises to share their proffesional experiences to motivate the students.A group of student volunteers will be co-ordinating such interaction events,on getting prior advance information regarding the visit of the alumni.

(4)Any job related news ,motivational articles and career guidance information can be sent by alumni members through email so that the printed copy of the same can be displayed on hostel notice boards and Alumni notice board in college to benefit the students.

(5)During college functions like Cultural spring Fest, Dramatic and film fest,alumni members will be invited well in advance so that they can witness the celebration to refresh their past memories.Accomodation and fooding Arrangement will be made for the alumni in hostels during their trip.

(6)Alumni members can help the 2nd year and 3rd year students for their Vacational training program in Summer , if such provision exists in their respective companies.

(7)For our Golden Jubilee celebration,the role of Bangalore chapter and activities to be undertaken will be discussed in detail during the grand Get-together.Also the isssue of fund raising by Bangalore Chapter for different Golden Jubilee Projects will be taken up during that meet.
