Invitation for the Hyderabad Alumni Meet

  It is time to meet again. This time we are on a very ambitious initiative to organize a larger gathering based on last meet feedback. It will be another opportunity to those who missed last meet’s event to join us now to have reminiscences of good old college days. We will have a nice time meeting friends, explore what we can do for our college, hear from experts, meet people of different walks of life, form the Hyderabad Chapter officially and dine together once again!

You are cordially invited to an alumni meet on Sunday, May 29. We request you to contact Organizing Team and register yourselves by e-mail or telephone.

Alumni are requested to bring along a modest amount of Rs. 1500/- payable at the venue. The amount break up is as under:

·          Rs. 500/-   for Lifetime Registratation to Hyderabad Alumni.

·          Rs. 1000/- for sustenance of our Hyderabad Chapter Alumni.

PS: If one is comfortable to pay the sum of Rs. 1500/- in this meet it would be fine else he/she can pay Rs. 750/- now and the rest 750/- will be payable in the next month. All these collections shall be taken care by the treasurer.

The programme is enclosed with this letter.

Please help us find your former classmates by collecting as many addresses as possible and send by e-mail or contact us we will call you back.

Please do circulate the mail among all your other UCE friends in and around Hyderabad. If you are not the intended recipient of the mail, please ignore the mail.
