This is a notification published in the leading Oriya Daily The Samaj yesterday( 26th Sep) regarding our convocation. According to this
Date of convo:- October 16
Location:- NIT Auditorium, Rourkela
All the graduates will get their degree certificates thru their respective colleges. They are required to deposit a sum of Rs. 200/- with their College by CASH or A/C payee DD drawn in favor of their colleges towards the degree certificate fees. The draft/cash receipt should accompany the following details of the graduate:
1) Name
2) Degree(BE /B.tech/B.pharm/MBA/MCA/ME/M.pharm)
3) Specialization ( Tronicx /Mach/Electrical etc)
4) Roll No/ Resistration number of admitting University
5) year of graduation
6) Willingness to attend convo or to get degree in absentia.
Last date of submission of above details at college level is Oct 13.
Dress code (mandatory for the candidates willing to attend convo) :-
Male: Black Trouser, Full sleeve White shirt, Red tie and Uttariya
Female: White Salwar Kameez or White saree with Red border and Uttariya.
The Uttariya Will be available at the convo site at a cost of Rs.200/- from morning of 15 th Oct.
Graduates willing to attend convo have to participate in convocation
Rehearsal at 4.00 pm on 15 th Oct.They have to occupy seats in convo Hall by 10.30 am on 16.10.04.
So frns be prepared for the Convo if U are free by that time:-)
